1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the chosen shipping method.

3. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the delivery status. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we will assist you. Please note that we are not responsible for delays due to weather, customs, or unforeseen carrier issues.

We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, personalized products, and items marked as final sale. If an item cannot be returned, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
